Immediately after graduating from the Photography Department at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design I moved to Tel Aviv, and looked for a space where I could have a studio that would allow me to combine my artistic endeavors with commercial photography. It wasn't long before l found myself in an amazing space with a large yard south of the Florentin neighborhood. I spent a few months renovating the place, which served as my home, my studio and the space where collaborations were forged with other artists who came to the building. I was active there for two decades, during which I took photographs for dozens of commercial companies, graphic designers, product designers and PR firms. I employed long-term assistants, some of whom became close friends. Eldad Cidor, who was my assistant for several years, became my partner at the studio and together we also initiated photography projects that weren't commissioned by any specific client. I feel incredibly lucky that I was also able to channel my passion for photography into my livelihood.
